Terms & Conditions of Hire

Hereinafter TOP Class Limousines and The Fire4hire Brigade shall be known as "The Company" and the person completing the online booking request shall be known as "The Hirer". The Hirer is deemed responsible for all members of the party travelling in the Vehicle(s).

Please read carefully before submitting our online booking request form as completion constitutes agreement to the terms and conditions detailed below.

  1. All bookings are only confirmed as accepted when the Company acknowledges receipt of the deposit.
  2. In the event of a cancellation, any deposit paid will be forfeited; however, the Company reserves the right to offer a refund at its own discretion.
  3. The Company is unable to accept responsibility for adverse weather conditions (storms, flooding, ice and snow etc…) which could result in a delay or a cancellation.
  4. Whilst every effort is made to the upkeep of the vehicles, no responsibility can be accepted for mechanical, electrical or material breakdown. In this unlikely event, every effort will be made for an immediate repair to the vehicle to enable the continuation of the journey. Should this not be possible the Company will make every effort to arrange for the Hirer to be transferred to another vehicle at the Company's cost.
  5. If the vehicle is unable to attend a function due to a breakdown or accident, the Company will make every effort to supply a similar or alternative vehicle.
  6. The Hirer shall be fully responsible for any glass breakages, spillages or any damage incurred to the vehicle whilst under hire. The Company will advise the Hirer of this in writing as soon as practically possible. In addition, the Hirer will be liable to pay the Company a fixed rate (determined by the Company) whilst the vehicle is out of commission for such repairs as a result of any damage caused, plus any further incurred losses, ie. lost bookings.
  7. The Company reserves the right to refuse entry to the vehicle to any persons they deem unfit for whatever reason to travel. If a person's manner is considered detrimental to other persons or the vehicle then the Company has the right to refuse to continue the journey. If a journey has to be terminated in this manner a refund of any money already paid WILL NOT be given.
  8. By submitting our online booking enquiry form, you the Hirer are agreeing to enter into a legally binding Contract.
  9. Please be advised that the Limousines contain flashing lights and smoke machines thus presenting a risk to anyone who suffers from epilepsy, asthma etc. The decision to travel must be made by a responsible adult and the Company accepts no responsibility.
  10. Any persons with a condition which could be affected by any of the features mentioned in 9. above must notify the Company prior to the journey.
  11. Due to insurance cover requirements and to the benefit of all passengers, SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED in any of the Company's vehicles.
  12. There is no food or chewing gum to be consumed in ANY of the vehicles.
  13. A £100 valetting charge will be levied and payable on demand, through misuse by the Hirer or his/her party from food, drink, or illness, or whatever the retail cost may be in excess of this amount to rectify the damage caused.
  14. The Company accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings carried onto our vehicles.
  15. Any extra requests or alterations to the booking (ie, additional pick-ups, change of venue, etc) causing extra mileage or time not made at the time of booking/confirmation cannot necessarily be entertained, although every effort will be made to meet these requirements. An additional charge may however be incurred at the Company's discretion.
